Cut Off Information

CEW&SA does not cut-off for non-payment on a one month billing, but a two month billing.  As long as the previous balance is paid by the due date on your billing statement, the account will not be scheduled for cut-off.  Please click on the document below for information on your billing cycle's cut-off.  The first two numbers of the account number listed on your billing statement will identify what billing cycle you are in.
