The Online Bill Pay Portal will be down from Jan. 7th - Jan. 20th for maintenance.  If you need to make a payment during this time please use another method of payment (mail, phone, night depository).  Once the Online Bill Pay Portal has been restored, all online bill pay customers will need to re-establish their accounts through the Online Bill Pay Portal.  We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Welcome to CEW&SA's Online Bill Payment.  Effective September 1, 2015 a $2.00/per transaction convenience fee will be charged for all credit card transactions. In order to make a payment(s) to your account(s) you will need to register first.  In order to register you will need to provide your first and last name and an email address.  Once registered you will log in and link your CEW&SA account(s).  You will need to have your CEW&SA billing statement available to obtain some of the required information.
